I worked with Corey to sell my current home and buy a new one. Having gone through the process several times in the past, I was expecting some typical unavoidable headaches in dealing with an agent from my previous experiences. Corey Robinson is the best real estate agent I have ever had the pleasure to work with.

Corey provided professional real estate services as expected, but was so much more than a pro. Corey helped us move to a bigger home to accommodate for our growing family. He handled both the sell of my old property, and the purchase of our new home. I was continuously impressed by Corey's knowledge of the market and all the details of a real estate transaction process in general. The house sold a week after it was put on the market, which is exactly what we needed. He was very patient with us in finding our replacement home. He understood our needs well. He was also instrumental in everything related to closing either home. He has a long list of contacts that might be required at a moment's notice, such as inspectors, handymen, contractors, landscapers, engineers, or even mortgage agents. For the last couple of months, we've been working with Corey to purchase our first home, and he was phenomenal. In this highly competitive seller's market, we were a bit hesitant to take the leap, but Corey was there to calm our nerves and answer all of our questions in an honest and forthcoming manner. He also had a crew to help us paint, stage and do minor repairs before putting the house on the market. Given the current competitiveness of the market, we had to make multiple offers. Corey was as timely as he could be with drafting offers and very reliable as far as making sure everything was in order for each offer, even when we were traveling internationally. He also had a very positive attitude which was very welcomed after losing many offers! His friendly, non-pushy, easy going personality made him easy to work with from our end, but also made him well-liked with listing agents & sellers. After the sale of our house, Corey continued to go above and beyond by finding and setting up various inspections, contractors and repairmen, saving us tons of time.
